A much better showing last week than the first week. After going 1-4, I then actually had a winning record last week. Now that all of the teams are in action, there will be more games to pick each week.
Hoover is disappointing to watch so far this year, starting 0-2 for the first time in…who knows how long. Homewood and Vestavia had a crazy rivalry game that was much closer than everyone (including me) thought it would be.

This week starts region play for most teams as everyone is getting to at least their second game, if not their third.
