Took the week off, and now I’m back with a new tier list and then picks coming later this week. For those that don’t know what a tier list is, basically I put teams on a certain tier because of how powerful I think they are compared to other teams. Every week this season, a different team has been argued for when it comes to who should be #1. I like to look at any sport with a playoff as who can make the playoff versus who can’t. All you have to do is be #4 to have a chance to win the national title – the #1 team in the playoff rankings has yet to win a championship.

So I tier teams out based on prior performance, strengths and weaknesses, injuries, and other variables. It starts with the S Tier (which in gaming is looked at as the highest “Super” tier) and those are your cream of the crop teams right now who seem to be in good shape for the playoff. Within a tier, there is no ranking. Teams are listed alphabetically.
